Staff Appreciation Lunch

Each year, School Council enjoys recognizing the hard work and dedication of the staff at Panorama Hills School with a Potluck Staff Appreciation Lunch.   This year the lunch will be held on Monday April 17, 2017 (professional development day).  We are looking for parents who would like to be part of the Staff Appreciation Lunch Team.  There are several ways you can contribute:

• Set up tables, centrepieces and incoming food before the lunch (approximately 10:00-11:30am)
• Clean up of dishes and food after the lunch (approximately 12:30pm)
• Food contributions in following areas: main dishes, salads, desserts, and beverages
• Contributions for Centrepieces (these are often given as gifts to staff as well)

In an effort to provide the staff with a balanced meal, please inform us of your contribution so we can try and avoid multiples of the same item and/or a dessert focused meal!  If you are preparing a hot meal, please prepare this just before transporting to the school as there is only one small stove at the school and it is a challenge for volunteers to re-heat/bake multiple items.  Contributions can be dropped off at the school between 10:45-11:15am on Monday April 17th.  Please label all containers/dishes you would like back.  These can be picked up around 1:00pm after the lunch.  Alternatively feel free to use disposable containers.
